How To Take BIOptimizers Magnesium:
When you take magnesium in the morning, it supports brain/ cognitive function and stress response throughout the day, making it ideal for those with adrenal dysfunction. To support sleep, take 1-3 capsules on an empty stomach 1 hour before bedtime.
