No. To place orders on the My Goodness Essentials website, we do not require you to create an account. We recommend you do so, however, as doing so enables you to re-visit your past orders and download your invoices.

Having an account on the My Goodness Essentials website allows you to login at a later date and check-out without the need to re-enter your address and contact details.

How do I create an account on the My Goodness Essentials website?

Creating a My Goodness Essentials account will make your online visits to www.dockerdesign.com much quicker and easier.

Firstly you will need to add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Once these items have been added view ‘Your Cart’ and proceed to ‘Checkout’. You will be asked to enter your email address as a new customer to continue your purchase.

Please enter your delivery and billing details here. At the bottom of the page you will be given the option to ‘Create an Account’.

Your email address should already be added, you just need to add a password before placing your order. Now you will have an account for the next time you wish to place an order with us.

How do I change my billing or shipping information?

Please visit the ‘My Account’ page. There, you can update all of your account information, including your billing and shipping addresses.

I can't access my account. What do I do?

I can't remember my password. What should I do?

Don’t worry! Please visit the ‘My Account’ and select the ‘Forgot Password’ link. You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to create your account. We will email you a link to reset your password.

Are my details secure?

Shopping on the My Goodness Essentials website is as secure as shopping in any store. Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security, dockerdesign.com will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via email, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order on dockerdesign.com.au

How can I view and update my account details?

Once you’ve registered with dockerdesign.com, you can login to your account at any time to view and update the personal details you have saved. Here you can change/update:

Your name and phone number under ‘Addresses’
Password under ‘Account Details’,
Billing address under ‘Addresses’,
Delivery address under ‘Addresses’.


Can I change/cancel my order?

You can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘My Cart’. Please refer to the section titled ‘Canceling and Modifying Orders’ on our Shopping Online information page.

How do I order online?

Simply click on the item you wish to buy, and click ‘add to cart’. You can then continue shopping and add additional items to your cart. Once you have finished selecting the items you would like to buy, click on any ‘checkout’ button or link found on the site. To purchase a product on the website, you first need to sign up to become a member, which you can do at the checkout or by clicking the ‘Register’ link in the top right corner of the screen.

I have a discount, coupon or promotional code, how do I use it?

Make sure you type your code into the ‘coupon box’ which you will find underneath your items on the shopping cart page. Select ‘Apply Coupon’ button to apply the coupon code to your order. If you do not apply your code at this point we can’t apply it to the same order later on or once you have placed the order (You may, however, be able to use it on a subsequent order, provided the promotional offer is still valid at a later date). Please note only one discount offer can be used per order.

What do I do if the item I want is no longer online?

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s no longer listed or out of stock. Some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and order them before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add new items regularly so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for. If you recall the specifics of an item that was once listed as available on our site and wish to enquire as to whether it can be supplied once again, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible and advise whether the item can be supplied via a special order.
