How to Take & Dosage – Adults take six capsules once daily with a large glass of water. If you’re new to taking organ supplements, start with 1-2 capsules daily for the first week before increasing by one capsule daily. Children aged 2+ can take 1 capsule in the AM and PM. 12 years and over can take 2 capsules AM and PM.

Being entirely food based there are no noted side effects, this is animal based nourishment very simply. Consistent long-term use produces the best results.  Like other Cow and Bull supplements, we recommend to be taken once daily over a period of 3 months and ongoing for the best results.
